BFR is a 5-day live experience on Google Meet. Not a course. Not a recording you watch later. Not a template you fill in alone.
Every day for 5 days, we meet live. You work through your actual business numbers: with structure, with guidance, and with other business owners in the room doing the same thing.
Each session runs 45–60 minutes. After each session, you complete a short assignment using your own business data and submit it in the group. I review it.

Yes, it is fully live on Google Meet, every day from August 3–7. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if something genuinely comes up. But the recording is a backup, not the plan. People who show up live get the shift. People who only watch recordings get information. Come committed to being present.
This was designed for people who are not numbers people. We start from the basics and build up. You don't need an accounting background. Just your bank statements, a notebook or spreadsheet, and one focused hour per day.
If you're making sales (even inconsistently) and you don't have a clear system for tracking your money, this is for you. The size of your business doesn't matter. The absence of financial clarity does.
